We offer non-legal support services to the general public and people who represent themselves without an attorney (Pro Se).  Many people think they have to hire an attorney to represent or assist them in all their legal endeavors and/or prepare various documents, but that is not the case.  The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution gives the right to all people to access the Courts and represent themselves.  Many legal issues do not require hiring an attorney and can be handled by you with the assistance of a paralegal who can help you with properly preparing court documents and ensuring they contain the most up-to-date New Jersey Judiciary Pro Se Packets provided by the Superior Court.  From clerical assistance in completing the packets and documents to filing them in a proper and timely manner, we can assist you in navigating the complicated legal system and provide you with the non-legal clerical support you need.  We also provide Notary Public services and are happy to notarize documents for you, free of charge.
